NPI will host its 58th Annual Conference in Frisco, Texas, October 4–7, 2026. This conference is a national gathering of public procurement leaders from across the United States and Canada—most often Procurement Directors and senior decision-makers—making it a focused, high-value environment for meaningful connections.

The conference offers exceptional opportunities for relationship-building between educational sessions. A key highlight is our dedicated Partner Exhibit Event, during which all educational programming pauses so attendees can engage directly with our Partners.

We offer multiple Partnership levels to meet a range of goals, whether you’re interested in exhibiting during the Partner Exhibit Event or maximizing engagement by attending the full conference. And if you’re not able to join us in Frisco this October, there are still other ways to engage.  All Partnership details are described in the attached Partnership Prospectus.

Partnerships are valid for the full calendar year, so early participation allows you to take advantage of benefits well beyond the conference itself. Please note that Early Bird pricing is available through April 15, 2026, with regular rates beginning April 16.
